Atemi Letters accepts editorial contributions from writers with a demonstrated interest in men's nutritional awareness, active lifestyle routines, and evidence-informed supplement observation. All contributions are reviewed for editorial alignment before a decision is communicated.
Proposals should include a brief outline of the intended piece (100–200 words), any published or documented sources the writer intends to draw from, and a short note on the writer's relevant background. Commercially motivated proposals are not considered.
Contributions are reviewed on a rolling basis. The editorial team will confirm receipt within five working days and communicate a decision within three weeks of submission.
